car is a 1991 mustang LX 5.0 with 97,000 miles on it.

goals are to run high-mid 11's in the 1/4 mile.

hoping w/ the stuff below to make around 400ish to the wheels....
now should i stroke it to a 331 or 347....? or keep it a 302....a high-mid 11 second car are my goals right now....as its daily driven...but later down the road im thinking of going 347 w/ all new internals for/if i want to go to a forged R302 or DART block down the road.... and since the car has 97k im sure the internals could do with some freshing up....and why replace it w/ the stock stuff if you get what i mean :)

appreciate any/all advice and critism

I'll let others comment on the combo. If drag strip is your thing, I believe I'd opt for a different diff than the TrueTrac. I run one on my car (Dana30 rear end) - it's a decent limited slip for the street, and ok for autocross/roadracing; but for heavy duty strip action with the kind of power you're gonna be making, you'd be better off with some kind of locker. Just my $.02.
