Ok boys (and girls), I got the Plasma Booster installed. At first I figured that it wouldn't be that noticable, but WOW!! The install was pretty strait forward. When I first took it out of the box, I was like, "this is it!!!!???" It made a HUGE difference!! The low RPM hintching is gone, and she pulls quite a bit harder too. The throttle response is nice. I am def. impressed by it!! I'm sure my results are far better then you would notice in a N/A car, do to the fact of the blower. I'm happy!!

I got it from www.rpmoutlet.com for those of you that are considering one. They had the best price I could find on it.

bolt-on 98gt = THE lose!!!! Bro, when you break into the 12's, or break the 300rwhp mark then you can comment. All I was saying was that my hitching problem is gone and the car runs much smoother. Please don't respond unless you have something intelligent to post.

Dude, my man is running a supercharger as well along with the plasma and you're talking about a dyno. I believe he could run low-mid 12's as it is and it couldnt be any worse with the plasma.

It is just an aftermarket ignition box that boosts the spark amperage, voltage and just like an msd system creates 100 sparks instead of one. It is just like the 6al msd box I had on my fairlane.

Teh means the

and joel98gt do us a favor and go to mustangworld they need their idiot back.

Probably since it doesnt change the timing but just incase you might check with some tuners to be sure.

Ive heard only one bad story about it involving a cobra, anyone have any negative input? Just wondering if it would be a worthwhile gain for just a normal bolt on type gt. Thanks...BTW Dan, your car owns...

Tip: TOSS the T-Tap connections and solder the wiring. T-Taps have NO place in a moving automobile, let alone under the hood.

For those who are challenged spellers, "teh" is how they spell "the" . Yeah, it must be a kid thing...there are lots of the younger generation here.
Hop over to www.modulardepot.com tygr1 where, generally, BS doesn't fly, the talk is serious and street racing talk is forbidden. There are some really good people over there, very friendly and informative, with lots of success stories.

Hi Dan,

Is the Plasma Booter something similar to the Boost-A-Spark by KB? Was there any particular reason you were in need of boosting your ignition system? As far as I can remember (I might be wrong) Ken told me that the BAS is not required unless you go over 11 psi of boost with our supercharger kits.

Regards,
Jorge
