I got no reply in talk, so i will try over here if its not against the rules

Ok, I am planning on doing my head swap as soon as school as out for the summer, but I was wondering what kind of power you guys will think I will see, complete combo will be as follows:

MAC CAI, Pro-M 75mm MAF, BBK 70mm TB, Cobra Intake Manifold, 24# inj, Kirban AFPR, Home ported E7s (hogged bowls, 3-angle valve job, ports enlarged, gasket matched), this cam (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SB-30...QQcmdZViewItem)
(cam has 289/289 dur, .493/.510 lift, 112 LSA, and 5500rpm peak for those too lazy to click), alumium underdrive pulleys, MAC cermaic shorties, Bassani o/r X, flowmaster force 3 catback, 3.55 gears, and oh yea, its 5spd, not auto.

thats pretty much all i can think of off the top of my head, i might have more mods though, but if so, nothing adding hp. So what kind of rear wheel numbers am I looking at? and could I beat a bone stock 97 cobra?

I guess I'm in the dark as to why you can't get a serious answer

but

My guess would be in the 245 to 265rwhp range

Because they have no idea.

I'd guess somewhere around 260rwhp, maybe up to 270, but I don't think you'll see more than that.

I agree, and you should be able to take a stock 97 cobra Not by much as was mentioned, but you should have enough to stay ahead.

I'm gonna say 270 at the wheels, depending on the tune.

A fair guestimate based upon Auto-Ware's Mustang Engine Builder program. Take a look at the attachment.
