I'd want documentation that it has 55k miles, and grab the vin and do a car fax just to check.

The full tube chassis raises my eyebrow. How hacked up is this car?

Need pics. Price is ok for what's listed but really need to see how well it's done and see if it really does have 55k miles.

It's been abused. It's in Marsh Vegas so beware of rust.

With all the things that have been done to this car, having only 55K miles on it doesn't mean much.

Maybe those 55K miles were done at a 1/4 mile at a time!

I read that add as him stating the subframes are tied together by way of cheap tube style subframe connectors.. How I got to that assumption? Who in there right mind does all the cutting, measuring, welding, fabing to a car only to stick a motor in with eddlebrock heads and cobra intake.

I could be wrong and if I am then like everyone else stated. Why is the car a tube chassis car? who did the work? how do the quality of welds/work look? Receipts for all parts and work done would be a must as well as verification of the claimed 55k original miles.

I highly doubt it's a true "tube chassis" car for $6500, I agree with Boostedpimp probably tubular frame ties.

A cobra shortblock……..?? Isn't the shortblock in all 5.0 the same? It's the top end on the cobra that is different..... I guess I could say I have a "cop car shortblock" in my SSP..

I wouldn't call that mint condition. It's missing moldings and they are different colors. It's also a respray with the black engine bay.

Still it's fairly clean. Being in MA, if the strut towers are clean and the underside is rust free, it will probably get $5-6k for it.

I'd get a carfax on the vin and see if there are any records on file over 55k miles. THats a pretty clean interior. However the car isn't original, so a lot of its low mileage value is lost due to that.

Where in MA is it located? I'm also in MA
