Please help with water pump!

My 95 stang has a coolent leak. Its not the water pump gasket but the gasket for the adapter looking thing the water pump bolts on to. What is this called? i know i am a noob i just need to find out what it is so i can replace it. It cant be the timing chain cover because it would be leaking oil right?

Sounds like the timing chain cover to me, thats the only thing the wp bolts to.
