Man, the dyno sheet you posted was SEVERELY FLAWED. You claim that 10rwhp was gained, but you neglect to mention that on that run, the a/f dropped from WAY, WAY lean, to only slightly lean. Of course it picked up horsepower. Maybe the plenum gained some of the at 10, but most of it was the a/f change.

Thanks for posting the dyno, but it simply does not indicate that the plenum/tb gained any hp.

Its ok, I told you I will post a dyno video, also im going to the track to test all in one day. I will do 3 runs with the tb/plenum and then 3 runs w/o. I will go down to the shop tomorrow and do the dyno test.

Didn't know this was a scientific experiement that I was participating in - I was out to have fun. Secondly, it is the same track and from what I remember the temperature was close to the spring runs. It certainly wasn't a cold/cool fall day here in the N.E. that day. I think there is a site that may have temps archived. I do have a bunch of runs both times Winters I can prob. find those too and shifted within 500rpm either way on each shift.

They have my track and data for a few years anyway. See if they have yours.

And here it is!!! So I took the ride down to the track, ran three times with my bbk plenum/ 75mm tb, Got my best run ever today, 13.4@102 w/ 2.0 60ft. and then ran the the stock plenum t/b setup and the best run I could pull had an even better 60ft, 13.6@100 w/ 1.9 60ft. So i ran 102mph with the bbk plenum and only 100 with the stock, so i guess the plenum does something on a N/A car, 2mph is a lot at the track we all know that. Also have video of all runs, will post soon. Tomorrow doing the dyno tests.

Runs with bbk plenum

Runs with the stock setup

Pics of the install @ the track

I also have ton of pics and video of the drag day, was a ton of fun will post pics soon. Thanks

Thanks, the site worked. It was actually slightly warmer the 2nd time around so I guess that kills the theory that cooler weather made the car go faster. Could it be that the TB/plenum combo possibly helped?

Tank, some awesome numbers there and thanks for doing the work of swapping and re-swapping. I would like to add a tune to my mod list to see if I can get down in the mid 13s.

Great job on the results. It seems like the tb/plenum helped you out! Gongrats!
