Plugs - NGK or Autolite?

Morning all,

I am currently running NGK FR5 plugs but they don't run good at all. I want to put some Autolites in but what does everyone recommend?
AP104, Resistor 25, AP25 Platinum or APP104??

I have Holley Systemax heads and intake

I have always stuck with good old copper Autolites. I haven't seen any reason to put in iridium or platinum plugs in.

Motorcraft or Autolite copper

I use Autolite 3924 in my AFR heads and they work well.

Thanks guys. I am in the UK so limited to what we can get here. Looks like a choice between Autolite 25 is the only copper plug available to me so i'll give those a go!

Try and explain what the plugs don't run right at all means.
Minor changes such as spark plugs usually don't cause major issues.
