Personally, I'd pass on that deal.

If this is your first mod, then don't waste money on a chip that will need to be reburned again when you start putting some serious mods on your car.

Short tube headers aren't going to give much HP, unless you maybe go with equal length headers. I would prefer long tube headers and either an H or X pipe for noise purposes, couple with a a GT take off exhaust. Those are stainless steel and will last much longer.

Underdrive pulleys are always good, and so is a nice serpentine belt, but a shorter plain old "stock" belt would be just as good.

160 deg. thermostat can be had for a few bucks at NAPA or AutoClone.

Spark Plugs, whatever. I don't think they make that much of a difference early on in the modding stage. Just my opinion though.
