thats very strange, i spoke to nick (the owner of mass air systems) on the phone and he was very nice. i was having a problem with my meter and he replaced the electronics and shipped it back to me absolutely free of charge. i know its hard to get them on the phone, alot of times u have to leave a message first before they call u back but every time i left a message they would call back.

I'm not surprised that they are good to work with when they don't have a back order problem, but I've heard 2 figures, 350 and 500. That's how many back orders that they have right now. I feel that the Customer Service they have offered me has been minimal, and to not ship out my product when I was told I would receive it this week because I sent them an e-mail about it? Absurd.
