Here's the story guys....Ever since my Intake manifold cracked I've been getting this Ghost type code. I just call it that because it happens every once in a while but very hard to diagnosis..Since then, I replaced the Intake Manifold with a metal type style crossover but i keep getting this Evap code. I replaced the selenoid twice with a new one. I can't figure out why these keep popping up, mind you that i brought it to a professional mechanic and they cleaned all my connections etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Note: If the car is driven long enough it doesnt even last for a day and CEL turns off, It wont come on till like a week later.

Thanks,
Nate

Mine is doing the same thing. Do a search for the code. There is a fix for it here somewhere.

Nate, it's not just a matter of replacing the canister purge solenoid....there are 2 parts to the sysyem, 1 being the cainster purge solenoid and the other is call the "thermistor probe", which is usally the part that goes bad....the part # is F57Z-14A606-BA and sells for @$20.00
