Haven't used my tweecer in a long while but remember getting pointers on here. I think his friend is having a "no read" condition. Like nothing comes up on the screen.

sounds like the tweecer may not be making good contact with the eec. is this a new install or did it just stop working? a little more info would make it easier to help.

i was present while he was on the phone w/ you, keith.

our buddy was getting a "comm error", but after fiddling w/ the USB cable and messing w/ a few settings, we got it going.

Paul is right, but it also ended up being the a9l program that he had save for his car. Once we tried it on my car with a different setting, it worked fine. I found out my TPS was bad so I fixed that yesterday. My car isstill sputtering a bit, I have no idea what it could be.

Glad to hear it was a simple connectivity problem. When he called I was moving an entire operations center. Still in the middle of that. I know there are some good links on here for tweecer somewhere. You just have to read up and become very familiar with it or you forget it after a while.
