My wife bless her heart, she made dinner for me that night. I spend alot of free time down in the basement working on that darn thing. I ended up reheating dinner as it was cold by the time I got upstairs. If you chose to hand sand the intake it would take twice as long. Best thing I have found is a Mouse sander with 80, 120, and 220 grit. After this you will have to hand sand with the 320 and 400 grit. I bought an intake polishing kit from the Eastwood Co. which has sanding rolls, both tapered and straight. By the way, I will take some updated pics as the intake looks much nicer now.
