I got some Energy poly engine mounts for the '90, haven't gotten around to putting them on yet, now I'm wondering if I should just get some stock replacement mounts from NAPA and save the 100 bucks. The stock mounts are like $62 and I paid around $150 for the poly ones.
Are the polyurethane mounts really going to hold up that much longer, or make the car feel noticeably more responsive off the line? It's just a DD with a stock engine so it's not like I need them to hold up to high horsepower, but with the shot stock mounts in there now I can tell the whole engine shifts upward when I start from a dead stop, even when driving slowly...
