i'm wanting to install jegs poly racing seats in my fox but it doesn't give the dimensions of the stationary brackets that bolt to the floor.my question, is the bracket long enough where i can use the existing bolt holes or drill out new holes.i'm pretty sure i can use at least one of the existing holes on each side.has anyone done this and are you satisfied with the result?the foam in my stock seats are pretty old(1990) and not comfortable so i thought that this is also a weight saver.my car is a weekender not a dd.please weigh in before i order them!

When it comes to mounting racing seats in a mustang, There is only one way to do it in my opinion. I use the seat bracket from holcomb motorsports. It cost about 65$ but makes mounting any seat a breeze. The brackets that come with the seats don't sit that great on the stock floor. This bracket however is made just for your mustang!

Hope this helps.
Ps. That plastic seat is probably not as comfortable as your factory seat, even with the foam falling out!
