Popping noise coming from under strut bearing bracket?

Hey fellas, I have a problem that I'm hoping you guys can help me out with. I'm hearing a popping noise coming from driver side around wheel, sounds like its coming from strut bearing? I have a 07 GT lowered using sportline springs and just now started hearing the noise and only hear it when I turn the wheel back and fourth on the driver side, Sound like strut bearing to you guys?

im prety sure its your strut mounts that took a **** the best way to fix the problem is get your self some j&m caster camber plates they usually run around 200-220 for the set but it will definetaley stop the noise

Do those caster camber plates replace the strut mounts? If not then I'ld also recommend a set of GT-500 strut mounts.

No, the cc plates replace the strut mounts. They should eliminate the noise, mine did.

^^^correct the caster camber plates are the same thing as strut mounts except that they are adjustable so yes they will replace your strut mounts

Can anyone confirm if the J&M's transfer more noise ratio compared to the Steeda's? Is one meant more for the road or more for the track?

The Pro kit seems to be as low as you can go with a nonadjustable strut mount. Sportlines are too low for the GT 500's and the stock one's. You need to go with any that have adjustment in them. I don't believe you can pick any up for under $300. There's no cheap way the lower your car that much without running into problems. Did you also get an adjustable panhard bar and a camber bolt kit?
