lately every once in awhile when im downshifting my car pops out of 2nd gear, the weird thing is it seems like it only really happens when im turning and downshifting into 2nd, what cause this, is it my synchro going or maybe my clutch needs replacing? Also do you think if i change my tranny fluid it might stop the problem.

if your car is a late build 01 with the t-3650 then this is a common problem. it's the shift forks.

ok here's the problem i did buy an extended warranty through the chevy dealership when i bought my car used, the thing is a year ago i took my car for warranty work and there was a whole problem about how my car was leaking oil and they blamed it on the superchip, even though i just took it in to the dealership to get my rearend sealed they went ahead and took apart my engine and then they wouldnt cover the engine under warranty, i would think that my extended warranty should still be good for the transmission just not the engine, im not sure though anyone know if the warranty should still be good.

there was a whole big problem that went on for a month, they said my right side head was warped or something and it was because of the superchip, anyway do you think they will cover the tranny seeing how a superchip has nothing to do with it, or is my whole warranty voided?

The dealer has all rights to revoke your warrenty because you added a performance part. Thats the way the fine print game goes.
