Port TB.. Elbow... ?

Is it possible to port the Throttle body and elbow.. or is it just better to do one or the other. Any links or suggestions welcome.

Ya its possible..Don't go hog ass wild tho... You'll kill it flowwise...

With my Mac adapter....Just match the TB opening and the intake opening..The Mac had a god awful casted finish and the alignment wasn't there either...I just dusted it some to smoothen things up....and get things to line up..
