What are popular gasket sizes that people port their after market heads too? Intake and exhaust.

leave the head ports alone, make a porting template and port your intake to the heads - gaskets are for sealing.

Fel-Pro 1250 is the most common if you're doing a gasket match.

tmoss my buddys heads are all ready ported and the stock gasket is smaller then the port on the head thats why I was asking.

If the heads are done to a gasket size, then a gasket match of the intake is appropriate.

Do you know of any places that are in the chicago area that I can have the intake matched to the gasket? Or how much would you do it for?
