I moved here recently a couple of months ago, so I decided to try Bill's, ported my gt-40 lower, It took a little while, but other than that looks good. Port matched to my heads and smoothed the runners out, looks pretty good, almost put back on (work takes up my schedule) overall pretty happy, hopefully will feel a difference.

I was looking into tmoss, I know a lot of people swear by him, but I had to pay for shipping, wait for him to port, and pay shipping back and wait for however long it was gonna take. I think he port matches to the heads, but I don't remember if he smoothed out the runners up to the top of the lower. I was charged 150 for port matching the lower and smoothing the runners all the way through. I actually just got on it last night, feels really good, I've got to re torqe the lower thought, has about 100 miles since install. I think you won't go wrong either way, as I've heard many good things about tmoss, and believe he definately knows what he's doing.
