I can do better if I keep sanding more BUT I didn't have time (work only 20 hours on intake + 3 hours on porting)
Anyway this is my first ported/polishing intake ever so must be good

NEW PROBLEM
OK guys , I test drive about a few hours with a few break , I find everything is good with engine , no styrange noise, no smoke from exhaust, nothing , I can feel HP at higher RPMs BUt I think something is Wrong with low torque , I don't have that much push from low rpms like before like If I driving in 2ns around 2k (like when you slow down on red lights then you give gas) before I have too much torque at low RPMs but not any more , and idle is somekinda weird ,idle before I installed Cobra intake was 850rpms now is 750rpms ,and if I give just little bit gas on idle it's booged down just little bit than rpms go fast up ,and sometime engine stall on red lights, meybe this one is because idle is too low but I didn't have time to play with idle screw
Did any body know what's wrong

Looks good ernie. Did a nice job polishing that intake and throttle body! The first time I did my intake I think it took like 5-6 hours and then I had to take everything apart again b/c I got the vacuum lines all mixed up. Now I can do it in about 45-1hr.

Yes I'm , I drop timing to 14*(like before) adjust fuel pressure to 40psi and now Stang running fine and strong , I think I didn't get low end torque BUT I get HP at higher rpms , I can hear scream on high rpms

BTW, you dont really need to get another strut tower brace.....just to save you some money. They dont do as much as people think. I know many autocrossers who have told me this. It looks better with one on there but, more than anything, its just added weight and cost.

Everything looks really good!! I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I did after I finished mine. Only mine took MUCH longer than 4 hours. I'm jealous. It took a week for me to do mine but I only had a few hours here and there and ran into some problems along the way. Now I wanna get heads and am kickin myself in the arse for not doing both at the same time.
