porting GT40's?

Hey all I am planning on getting my GT40's worked. I know a guy that will give me a good deal on getting them worked. What should I get done to them? I was told maybee a 5 angle valve job? I will be installing a new F-303 cam and 1.7 RR also will be using a cobra intake. Any info would be great.
