ok, so since i got the car i have noticed an on an off light shutter when i accelerate. its right before it shifts into 2nd. I have had the trans flushed as part of the 30k "tune up" and also had a axle seal fixed that the dealer didnt take care of, so the fluid and friction modifier are brand new in the rear also. Also i notice a poping/banging if i roll through a stop sign then hit the gas the driveline also pops a bit, maybe something is loose?? i do plan on putting in a trans cooler soon, but before i do anything is this something i should take it to the dealer to have looked at? if its covered?

PS: It shifts great still also, no lag, WOT it pulls nice, its only when i accelerate from a stop.

Sometimes your balljoints will pop when accelarating from a stand still and coming to a stop. That shutter sounds like your like your driveplate. I'm assuming you have an automatic looking at your avatar, am I correct? Yea an imbalanced drive shaft could cause a shutter, but this can be numerous things from imbalance driveplate to unbalanced wheels. I would grab a buddy, put your car on stiff knee stands on the rear axle housings and listen to the car outside this way you can pinpoint sounds and creaks.
