Need some help/advice hear guys/gals. I am looking at putting a Cold Air and a Throttle Body on my 94 gt. All I got on it right now is a BBK high-flow cat set and some Flowmasters. I was looking at going with a BBK Cold Air and also a BBK 65 mm TB. Does anyone have any expierence with these items? Are they worth the money? Will I have any problems putting a 65 mm on a stock manifold and will it attach okay to the BBK cold air? If anyone has any answers, please let me know. I need to go faster, but on a budget!

Just drop in a K&N filter and remove the air silencer. Then save up some more and get some gears.

Dont waste your money on a BBK Cold air Intake. If you want it for looks then fine, if you want it to add power then you wont be happy b/c they dont do anything. Id either make your own CAI or save it towards something that will give you more power like a bigger mass air meter. As far as the TB the BBK 65MM unit is decent

dont bother with either....the both are not gonna give you all that much, probably nothing you will actually notice...if you want a cold air, make your own...lots of us on here have dont it.....its easy and CHEAP....the TB just dont do...get some gears instead...the stock TB is plenty good for quite awhile....but if your dead set on a TB get the FMS 65mm unit....its the best one out there, and comes with all new electronics...

I had both of those as my first mods and they were more for bling than anything else. I did not notice a power difference until I installed gears and that should have been my first mod.

reguardless of what people say cai's are basically all for show, you may get 2 horse out of it, and you may be able to hear it whine a little, but if youre looking for performance, go with gears or pulleys for now

if you still want an intake just get one of these:

pretty, and .. its an intake

gears will be your best bet. or an intake and t body. pullies would also be good for the money.
