possible oiling problem

I am building up a 5.0 and have a question on priming the engine. I used a drill to spin the oil pump via the distributor slot and noticed that all lifters pumped oil through the rocker arms except the forward most lifters on the driver and passenger side. Do you know if this can be a symptom of an oiling problem?

Sounds like it could be a problem to me.

Are you sure you ran the drill motor long enough?
Sometimes it can take a while to get oil everywhere, since the drill motor is probably less powerful than the actual engine.
