Ok so couple a weeks ago it snowed here and I was driving my stang to work and right before I got to the parking lot, I lost control and went straight for the curb and slammed the front passenger tire right into the curb. Pulled into the parking lot and inspected the damage and at the time only notice rim damage. On my way home I noticed a slight rubbing noise when I turned right. Got home jacked it up and pulled the wheel off to inspect breaks and what not. Everything seemed to be in place. I have two vehicles so i just parked the stang for awhile. Until, the other night I got to looking and noticed the wheel is no longer center in the wheel well, its pushed back. So my question is, you think it could possibly be a bent controller arm? If so, is this east to swap out?
Thanks

Could be the control arm, balljoint/spindle, and the strut. You should definitely get it professionally inspected because that stuff is critical.

There are aftermarket upgrades available for all of those parts though. That's the direction I would take.

Thanks for the reply. The control arm is bent so I'm going to have it fixed professionally after the holidays. I got it parked right now and driving my jeep. I'm getting new tires after the 1st so I figured I would just have it all done at once.

Good plan. Be sure to swing by the Vendors forum here on Stangnet. Many of us offer discounts to the forum members. :)
