Lol, yeah we're gonna give it another try. He graduated High School last week. He's got a couple of months before he leaves for boot camp (National Guard), so I'd like to get it done so he can drive it before he leaves. If I were as fast as you, it'd be no problem.

finally got her rolling and out of garage getting ready for the irs

@eighty5fox Is that primer, paint or Plastidip? A guy at work actually photoshopped my 85 in Olive Green as a joke. It had black and gray camo stripes, but I said hey, turn the stripe layers off, that looks pretty good. With the Gold wheels, that does look pretty damn sharp.

He also 'shopped it Hot Pink and Purple. And surprisingly, the Hot Pink looked pretty cool too, but I imagine it would get old quick. Now, I might be back to Olive Green!

Droopie it is paint its a company called gci i believe they sell paint for jeeps and military restoration vehicles it was surprisingly very cheap. The color combo looks very nice with the gold wheels i have alot more to come

My 13 year old sons 84 drag car.

Had mine out this Am. Only opportunity to drive this weekend and with some showers possible I took a chance. Got caught in some light rain and had to put the wipers back on. (I keep in hatch). The last time I drove this car in the rain was possibly 2003 or so.

Feels good to put miles on it. Kinda looking forward to my new suspension and chassis bracing I'll install soon.

Really craving a car show. Haven't hung out with other car guys in a while
