Ive had two sports cars other than my s197 since I was 16. My first was a 94 camaro, nothing special, stock. Some lady took care of that when she hit me head on after she crossed a double yellow line.
Second car was a 1995 Eagle Talon, turbo, bunch of mods, built motor, small turbo, cams, tuned by myself on the street, made 403whp and 360wtq at 23psi. That was my baby until last summer when an unfortunate accident totalled that car. (I know I dont have good luck it would seem)

Oh and my other vehicle is a 96 explorer, thats my detailing truck.
Im interested to see some of your guy's former rides

the talon awd? i'm not too up to par on dsm, but i've always thought those were cool.

like the front end you put on it too.

best picture i have of it on the comp. 94 mustang gt, 5.0 bought it with 220k miles on it, blew the first t-5 within a month of owning it, rebuilt it, and after i got my 07, i sold my 94 to my brother, he just blew up the t-5 i rebuilt. so once again its sitting down on the work bench in the basement.

before that,my first driven car a 1990 probe gl, had for like 6 months, just a starter car, got for 350 bucks, learned to drive stick in it.

my first first first car though, is a 1996 thunderbird. bought it for 350 bucks with a knock. had plans to rebuild it, bought it when i was 14. my dad was going to rebuild it with me. something always came up though, so it kept getting pushed back and back and back. a few months ago me and my friends decided to spend a little bit of time gutting it. i want to do a 351w stroker in it, nice set of aluminum heads and everything, but the main thing thats putting me off is the rear end.

its a IRS, and i am building the car for drag racing. a solid rear isn't a direct swap. most people just build up the irs. i found a 4 link kit i believe it was around 400 bucks. included the upper and lower control arms, mounts that you weld to the body and mounts you weld to the rear. it was adjustable too.

once i get the rear end settled in that car i'll be more motivated to get working on it, but for now, its sitting there flat black and gutted.

2005 Honda Accord EX V6
Satin Silver Metallic

That car was my baby for two years. I definitely miss that sixth gear.

She had a creaky driver's seat that drove me bat-***** crazy though. Sad to say that played a significant role in my decision to trade her in...

Before the Accord I had a couple Integras. Well three of them actually. I thought they were the greatest cars on the road.

good idea for a thread. My previous car:

That is where my screen name came from. It was a diesel. (on a previous forum, silverdiesel was taken, so I figured I'd go with grey. I joined stangnet before I purchased the mustang, so I used the same old name.) That thing pumped out 150 ft-lbs of torque, and would run on veggie oil. It was fun, but super slow. Notice I did not mention the parsley 90hp. I'll tell you, going from 90hp to 300hp it quite mind blowing. It took a good month before I could comfortably put the pedal to the floor in the mustang.

The thing about the VWs is the paint. At certain times of day it looked like it was glowing. It is my dream to get a thick luxurous coat of paint put on the stang.

2000 V6 Mustang. I had bought it brand new, and when I sold it in 2007 (2 years and 4 days ago, to be exact), it had a hair over 30k miles on it.

This was my baby!!! This 1980 Grand Prix used to be my grandfather's, then my mom's (the joy ride car), then it was handed dwn to me. It had a measley 267ci V8 (still a V8 tho) 14" wheels etc. After I was dun with it I'd swapped in a 383sbc, full exhaust, did a M21 manny tranny swap (huge PIA), 8.5 diff, full suspension, minor interior, and of course the Irocs. This car was faster than my stang now and got more looks which I really miss. A very raw, fun car to drive. I was ready to do body and paint, and found rust all over the frame - It nearly killed me, and I knew with a 6 month old, I didn't have the time or money to do a frame off resto, so I had to get something newer. This is an old pic, but she never looked any different. Man I miss her
