Trust me, I get this question all of the time.

I only cut the dead coil off of the rear springs. I was still running the oem struts/shocks when I took those pics.

I'm looking into getting some tint. Post up some pics of your tint and the %, i'm having some trouble deciding. I was thinkin 20% all around, I know it's illegal in cali, but i'm gonna do it anyway. Also, anyone know any good places in the greater cali bay area, or Sacramento valley that does a decent job? The last thing I want is bubbling, purple tint. Whore em up guys.

A freind of mine has a tint shop in Elk Grove on Waterman past Elk Grove blvd called Genisis Autoworks. Im not sure how good there work is because my car isn't tinted, but I know they got a fancy new building, and they been in business a few years now so they gotta be doin something right. This is kinda off the subject, but since you guys live here in Sac, when & where are some Mustang meets out here. I see Stangs all day in Sac, but none of my freinds are really in to Stangs so I dont ever know about any events going on. I live in the downtown area.

Make sure who ever does your tint puts a black vinyl strip across the top of your back window, or it will bubble up and look like crap.

Thanks guys, I did end up getting the tint done 2 days ago or so, 22% all around, I think it's perfect. Just the look I was going for. I did get the black strip on the back and it in a way extends the roof line, kinda nuts. But they did screw up, I wanted the tint all the way past the weather stripping on the inside, but they stopped it before the inside weather stripping, so he is GOING to fix that...but other than that it looks great. I'll try to get pics in a day or so.
Side note--epikgt- I dont really know anyone here with a stang, but I see them all the time too, I don't really know what the deal is with the "team/club" scene here. Also, just got back from the HIN show in san mateo, fun times, can't look at another civic though...i'll shoot myself. E-40 and Too Short were there, along with the usual blend of rice rockets, few Gallardos, some Porsches, BMW's and Benzes. Sorry, no pics

You can still get the vinyl across the top even though its already tinted. On my previous 97 Cobra, I bought the car with some real dark tint on the rear windows, & the back window had bubbled across the top. I went to a local tint shop & they just cut that little strip of tint off and added the vinyl strip for like $30. You couldnt even tell because the tint was so dark. Your ride looks nice though. What brand tires do u run on the rears. I want some 315's, but there all either real pricey, or there drag radials.

I got my tires installed at Belle Tire, and they ordered these, so I didn't have to pay shipping.

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires...e&partnum=135ZR7HTRZ&fromCompare1=yes&place=5

They are pretty good for $99 each. I've done a ton of driving on them. I just wanted some tires on my black Bullitts, because they were sitting in my kitchen for months after I bought them, and were dying to put them on.

I'll buy them again for sure, since I plan on getting some draglites or something for the track. They aren't the best for massive traction, but it was kinda hard to tell with 4.56s. If you want to get one set of tires for track/street, I'd reccomend getting some BFGoodrich KDW2s.

Sorry for the thread-jacking!

Maybe I'll head out there one of these nights. Sounds like fun, yea, the import scene is nuts in the bay, loved my stang though, every fri and sat night they were out about looking for blood, just cruised around and laughed at them
