POTENZA tires officially suck A**......

i blew out another potenza tire in less the 3-4 weeks......i was coming home from work at 2:30 am this morning while cruising on the HW.....i had to call and wake my wife to bring me my jack.....i had just checked my tires pressure 4 days ago right before the snow.....so looks like i get to get 2 more new tires.....

i could of told you that i ran them on the probe... had ok grip but tread wear was absolute ****

I used to run the potenza Re910's and they were AWSOME. I cut a 1.9 60ft with them, drove around in 4-6in of snow before plows got out, wet traction was hands down the best I have ever driven. I have heard some poor comments on other model lines and they dont offer the 910 anymore the pole positions have been a really good model as well but are at the top of the Bridgestone Potenza line in $$$ terms.

the first 2 months i had the tires they were awsome.....they gripped on dry and wet weather....but then i blew a tire 3 weeks ago and then last night....last night the tire blew a hole about the size of a 50 cent piece in the inner wall(wierd)....

from what ive been hearing they are known to have really weak side walls... my problem was i had mine for a few months and went to the track like 3 times and they were down to the metal ribbing already...

well, i found 2 new general exclaim 245/45 zr17 for $223.00 mounted and balanced........ cheapest z rated tires i've found.....its the same ones i got when i blew my other tire 3 weeks ago....

Genrals ive heard to be a good tire... Nice price and GL!!!
