power steering pump delete kit

hi everyone, i have a long term problem. i already purchase a flaming river manual steering rack n pinion but they don't know nothing about how to replace the pump. i know there is a ford idler part that i search for over a year now but can't find it in canada if anyone got another sugestion your welcome my car is a 89 5.ol coupe with air pump but no a/c.

You can reverse the belt tensioner, run exactly the right sized belt, run a standard rotation water pump and reroute the belt -- lots of options here.

what do tou mean reverse tensioner take it out seperate the two part and replace the spring inside????

March sells a a/c delete kit that would reverse the tension pully and place it where the a/c used to be. This kit should help you with you ps pump removal too.

If your using a flaming river manual steering rack n pinion. Then why do you need to replace the pump. Just take the pump off the car and the bracket also. Saves about 30lbs.
