When I put my supercharger on, I had to put my stock pullies back on. I am now unable to run my short belt to bypass the smog and power steering pullies, plus on top of that my electric fan took a dump. I bought a used flex fan from a buddy to drive the car. With all the stuff that I had on the car it ran a 13.52 at 102mph with a 1.94 60ft at 56 degrees out side (NA). I ran the car lastnight for the first time with the 6psi. charger on it, and my best time was 13.23 at 106.1 with a 2.07 60ft. at 72 degrees outside. I realize that there are many different variables at work hear, but my 1st question is how much power do you think I gave up by not having the pullies, short, belt, and elect. fan anymore. My 2nd question is this, since my 60ft times fell off and the temp outside was 16 degrees hotter what are my chances of running a 12 sec. pass with cooler weather and better 60ft. times. Id like to be able to have a stock longblock vert. that could go 12's with just the 6 pounds of boost. My car is my daily driver and has over 100,000 miles on it, so i was tring to keep the boost low to keep it reliable. If I were to run the car again and be able to get my 60ft. times back down to 1.9's with weather back in the high 50's or low 60's what might i run. Sorry this is long but I was hoping for a little better last night.
