I have the same problem. Before I spend $150 on new motors I'm going to check continuity/power at the switches, right after the switches, and at the motors. I'll try removing the switches and cleaning the contacts too.
I replaced the 3 nylon inserts in the passenger window the other night and cleaned everything out but it didn't help. So it's either got to be the motor or the switch.
Swabbing the terminals with a littel dielectric grease will help extend their life a little, but I agree with 91TwighlightGT. Its only a matter of time before they fail again. I wasted my time with the window switches on my F150 (a common issue) before just breaking down and buying new ones.
