Ok, the wife is talking that a supercharger would make her day in the '92. I've been looking at the Powerdyne unit because I like that there's no need to go into the oil lines.

Couple of questions though:

First, let me explain that it's a bone stock motor with 130k on it. It "feels" as though it's still strong though.

Second, if I do this, I'll be changing the exhaust (prochamber/flows with dumps).

1. What kind of power increase can I see with the 6-8 lbs. unit?
2. What else would I need to get? i.e. injectors/fuel pump, mass air meter.
3. Does the kit come with solid pipes, or are they flex hoses like on dryers? I've seen a couple of vortechs like that...

Thanks in advance...

First off to the wife that actually wants a supercharger :hail2:

You could probably see anywhere from 50 to possibly 90rwhp more depending on the tune you have and all the supporting stuff that needs to go.....

I would do a compression check and see if you have good compression before attempting a supercharger just to be safe :nice:
