So, Powerheads.com has seemed to fall off the map. Is anyone running there heads? They are ABSOLUTELY the best deal for porting I have seen. $1350 gets you assembled heads w/ Ferrera stainless valves, bronze guides, 7000 rpm springs. That is much cheaper than the $1900 elsewhere. Flow is 230/205 @ .550 lift.

May be a good alternative w/ VT or crower cams installed.

where did you see that price? post a link please...i thought the difference between their stage 1 and 2 kits is like 1200 bucks..and thats just for p&p and valves etc...i bet they want more for a set of P&P fully assembled heads then 1350.

Here is the link: http://www.powerheads.com/camsheads.html

"Build up for your heads = competition porting, competition valve job,
Ferrea SS valves, 7000 rpm spring, professionally assembled"

but I got the flow info. from an emailI received an email:

"[email protected]'' lift intake [email protected]'' lift exhaust. CNC & hand
porting combined. add the retail cost for crower cams to $1350.00
( heads built w/o cams ) they have bronze guides installed. yes we have
seen many dyno sheets from install shops, 50+ rwhp gains NA and 100
+rwhp gains with FI. call me if you are interested.....951-678-7035....

The only problem is that I received a response from a AOL account and not @powerheads.com.

Bump.

I thought this might stir some minds a little more as heads seem to be a hot item. Anyone else? Ooh, and I'm still waiting for VT or someone else to tell me to quite being such a tight ass and spend the extra 300 bucks.:canada:

Remember you get what you pay for.
I had mine done my renagade racing.Cnced and hand finished.

No complaints here.

Do you have a link for Renegade racing?

"You get what you pay for" doesn't mean you have to purchase from the highest priced company to receive top quality.
