PP fuel rail and f150 distributor

So I just got my PP fuel rail, and was about to buy a msd distributor. When I came across a couple of thread about running a truck distributor. It's supposed to be about 3/4in taller then our T-bird distributors.
I couldn't find a thread with how much clearance there really was or where Pro. Products fuel rail was used.

Is anyone running Pro. Products fuel rail with a F-150 distributor?

Not secret squirrel status, just not a very common combination. As far as I know 302 and 351 distributers are not interchangeable.

No no, a 94-95 f-150 5.0l
heck maybe a 5.0l explorer.

Has anyone swapped the TFI wiring to a small dizzy?

If you have suggestions on options throw them out there

Can't help with the 5.0L distributor, but had F-150 351 distributor at one point. It was the same as my 351 MSD distributor, just not as shiny.
