I'm gonna get a tuner and pulley combo and I can choose a diablo predator or superchips tritune max micro. Any ideas on which is better. I've read some places predator is by far the best but i've read a couple threads on here that say superchips. Any personal experiences or recommendations?
The one that comes with that combo from rpm-outlet, for the 2001 mustang is the predator, atleast thats what it was when I looked at it. I got the predator and I love it, I did'nt really notice that much power difference but there is a lot of things that you can do that'll save you money. I'd say get the predator... it'll go nice with the pulleys. When you get it PM me and I can help you out with the tuning if you want.
I use a Predator with my car and we use a Superchips Max microtuner with my wife's 04 V6. Both are excellent in my opinion, with the Predator offering more user-defined adjustments.
