pro 5.0 shifter

i just installed this shifter on my 07 gt and it shifts very smooth and easy through gears 1234 but reverse and 5th you have to push the shifter realy hard to the right to go into reverse or 5th . is this normal? I put the larger bronze bushing on the drivers side like the instructions said. thanks for th

so maybe its normal . my wife had to use 2 hands to get it in reverse

You can call Pro-5.0 and they'll send you some different bushings/washers. I had the same problem and installed the new bushings and everything worked great. You may have to experiment a little because the easier you make 5th/Reverse the more difficult 1st/2nd will be.
