Pro-m meter and 24lb injector deal???

Well a buddy of mine has a brand new pro-m 77mm MAM for an 87-93 stang but he has an SN so he said he'd sell it to me for cheap. He also has a set of 24 lb injectors with 3k miles on them. For 200 bucks would it be a good idea to snag these from him. I know i really need a new MAM b/c my stocker is really chokin things up, but the Pro-m is calibrated for 24lb's and i think 24's might be a little big for my current set up. I plan on getting some nice heads in the next year or so at which point the 24lb's will be needed. So my question is will i be alright going with 24's for the next year on my current setup or is it simply too much? thanks for the help guys!
