Hey everyone. Just came back from the alignment shop and have an issue. Even with Pro3i C/C plates, they couldn't get the right side to within factory specs. They got the left side to -.82 degrees camber but the right wont go any lower than -1.28 degrees and the plate is maxed out. WHY!?!?!? I thought you would be able to go well into specs with the C/C plates on the car. If anyone has any pictures with the plates on the car....maybe I put them in wrong? Who knows....but I really hate buying something that doesn't really help me at all. BTW...the guy also showed me the angle of the steering rack and it looks like its pretty far from parallel to the ground. Is there any way of correcting that? Thanks for your help in advance!

Nate

The slots need to be installed so they run parallel to the firewall. You can also get some adjustment by loosening the lower strut bolts; any competent alignment shop should be able to get it right. The steering thing can be corrected with a bump steer kit.

I'm getting PRO3i. Its in order. hope I don't have a probrem.
But I don't think -1.28 is bad at all. I'll probary go somewhere near that myself...

wow,
I have H&R's and I got my Shop to get them all to spec WITH OUT using the c.c. Plates?
I was also told it depends on how loose your car is and also How the front end was put together! Hopfuly NOT ON A MONDAY!
My car only had 10k when I put all my stuff in..
so bottom line No c.c. plates for me!
It also helps to have a GREAT Alinement shop
