Pro3i Control Arm Help

Well I just got the weight jacker arms from Pro3i and they look nice out of the box.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this hard inner ball into the arm?
It gets maybe 3/4 of the way to the middle then stops. Ive even used my vice and some large sockets to try and press it in and it wont budge... I even lubed it up with the supplied grease.

And these new arms have the sway bar mounts off center. So should the sway bar mount to the inside or outside of the mount?

Instructions would be great. The old instructions I found dont cover the new mounting plates or 3 piece bushings.

The bushings stick out a little. They do on mine and it works fine. My swaybar mounted on the inside.

hmm. Im just trying to get the ball centered...

One bushing is flush and the other stick out about 1"

here is the beat I have to offer, Not shure what you mean by offset mounts.

My sway bar is mounted on the outside of the control arm. here is a pic.

I got the ball in the center and the bushing stuck out maybe a 1/4" at most on both sides. I did all I could to get it flush but it didn't happen, so I went ahead and test fitted it on my car and they fit perfectly, so I figured they were supposed to be a little wider than the control arm in ensure a snug fit.

I take back what I said about the sway bar. I just checked and my swaybar is mounted on the outside.
