Finally, I check my mail today and I already recieved the correct C5TF voltage regulator from AMKPRODUCTS.COM that I ordered on the 23rd... today is the 27th (after the weekend of course).

I never got refunded by Mustang Depot even after a couple of emails to Kim (woman who was handling my "situation"). So I JUST got off the phone with another woman who was VERY nice and for the life of me I can't remember her name (it wasn't Kim though, even though she was nice, she didn't help). My money's being refunded as I type!

What I did find funny was the woman who refunded my money looked at my order history and humorously said "Ohhhh... looks like you ordered some TCP pedal covers eh?" and I sarcastically said "Yeah, we all make mistakes..." and we had a good laugh. At least this ended on a positive note.

Bottom Line, AMKPRODUCTS has always done TOP-NOTCH business with me so I highly recommend them to you fellow Stang.netters. As for MD, hmmm.... we know how it went down.

Boy you sure have a hard on with rippin on MD. But then, after reading your reply to me in the last thread I can see that you're not the brightest bulb in the lamp.

I'm still waiting on my replacement tank after they finally agreed the factory sent me the wrong tank. They asked me for my shirt and hat size so they could send me something to make it up to me. I thought about it and told them "No Thanks" because I would not want to advertise for a store that I would not like to do repeat business with. Now I'm not trying to be unforgiving to them, but it took too much of my time and long distance phone calls to prove to them the mistake was on their end. In the end it took the President of the company to push it through and I hope they do not try to charge me a 20% restocking fee.

Funny!

You keep airing your minor complaints, which were your own fault to begin with, and you call that class? Truly funny!

A job? I'm quite happy with my employment status, besides, they couldn't afford me.

I just hate it when people air invalid complaints trying to vilify a vendor. Hueypilot has a valid complaint with receiving the wrong tank, your complaint was self induced. Remember, you ordered from them the first time and found that an items inventory status isn't really revealed on the website and you complained about it. Knowing you had problems with ordering from them the first time, you still ordered from them (you're gonna love this) AGAIN, and, you used the website AGAIN [2 agains are valid here. Ex. You could have ordered from them AGAIN, and used the phone. Therefore only 1 again would be used to describe the action]. If you had issues with not knowing the inventory status or shipping status of the item the first time you ordered through the web WHY would you do it again? And then complain about it?

Well since I cant find the other thread, I will post here. Last Tues I ordered upper and lower control arms from M/D. The lady was nice on the phone and everything went well. She told me they had one and was out of the others. Dont remember which was which. So today the uppers showed up. The lowers had backordered. Took a couple days longer then I thought but no big deal. I called to find out when the lowers would be in and shipping. She said they had come in and would be shipping today. So I guess those will be here middle next week. So far I have no complaints on them.
