Just that little chip in the corner? I wouldnt worry about that...but better safe than sorry if you can find one injector. Might be kinda hard though...

I had one of those nozzle ends crack in half! The are brittle! The dealership said I had to order a whole new injector or maybe it was a set. Either way I declined and got some sticky tac and pushed the 2 pieces back together and put the injector back extremely carefully. No problems so far.

autozone or any parts store will carry replacement caps and o-rings for your injectors and their cheap. I would recommend at least replacing the o-rings if you have the injectors out.

When you go to put the injectors back in, make sure to lube them up. DON'T use vasoline or pertrolium products. I know it sounds stupid cause of the whole" fuel is a petrolium product", but the seals will deteriorate faster. Make sure you use KY jelly or astroglide. No joke. Its water based and preserves the seals better!!! I swear that stuff is like WD40 !!!

the lower land on one of mine cracked pretty bad whe i was putting new o-rings on, i just put it back in and let it ride. i would just put'em back in. you should put new o-rings on though. if you go to buy a injector repair kit from o'reily or somethin then just buy 4 cause the kit comes with 2 o-rings each, one for the top and one for the bottom--same size.

This is Napa's P/N...3.00 per kit.

Get an extra as the caps can snap right at the very end...i found a socket that the pintle fit in (the pc you broke) and used that to seat em...they kinda hang there then "snap" into place...

I always use Vaseline myself......
