Problem with Brenspeed tunes

I just installed my JLT/ X cal3 combo from Brennspeed. I got it loaded with 87,93,93+ race gas tunes. The problem I am having is with the 91 and 93 tunes. After uploading either of the tunes the check engine light comes on after 5 sec. of run time and in 3rd in 4th gears from 5000 to 6500 it jerks real bad and pops through the intake. The code it throws is for the o2 heaters. Anyone have trouble like this they dont seem to be of any nor want to help. Thanks in advance!
And yes the car has a full tank of Sunoco 93 in it.

That's odd, I don't have any experience with them but from what I've seen on here they're pretty good with customer service. Anyway what was the code, 02 heaters doesn't really say much.

with both 93 tunes it throws codes: P0155, and P0161 o2 heater. Also I rechecked all the clamps and am sure I am not getting any unmetered air.

Try reloading the tune...like install the same tune over itself. I have this weird problem with my Bamachips tunes sometimes where I get a loud popping when I rev the motor after a tune switch, but when I reload the tune it goes away.

got ahold of brennspeed again today talked to dave (great guy to talk to). returned car back to stock, airbox and all and no problems at all. i am just sending the tuner back to them they think files are corrupted in it. so far so good!
