Problem with high oil pressure, changed oil and filter and found no oil in the filter. I'm also having a problem with oil fouling my plugs in a matter

Hi there I started having problems with oil fouling my plugs in a matter of a few minutes, I tried bypassing PVC, changed the intake gasket, I did a leak down check and was good. I've always had high oil pressure but wasn't concerned, I changed the oil yesterday and filter and found no oil in the filter? I am stumped big time, help would be appreciated.

have you checked your valve stem seals? they prevent too much oil from sneaking past the valves, i was able to check their condition by removing my valve cover
