Problem With X4 Tuner

So got my tuner and air intake and exhaust installed and went to put on my custom tune. Oh Bama tunes. The tuner was married to a car already. So I go into vehicle info out of curiosity to my surprise it sais sct Mustang 5.0. Which makes me guess they use a mustang to make the custom tunes and then the specialist forgot to unmarry the tuner from it. Emailed Bama and I guess we will see what we can do. I would guess I can either factory reset it and put custom tunes back on it or have to send it to them to unmarry from their vehicle.

They don't use the hand held to make the tune. That is done on a computer and the file is down loaded to the hand held.

Likely someone returned the hand held they shipped you and fidn't realize it was still married to a car.

Ahhh that makes sense. Well I sent them an email cause I'm not sure when they reopen I'm sure they weren't open for Christmas.
