Problems with 2nd and 3rd

The other night i raced my friend in his 04 GTO, when i shifted into second it grinded a little bit also with thrid. The rest of the night the car drove good. I went to take it out this morning and when the car is cold it was real notchy getting it into secone and thrid.

Did I mess anything? BTW It was like 15 degrees this morning when i took it out, I gave the car 10 minutes of warm up time , also i park it in the garage.

Go read the Tremec 3650 sticky. Sounds like that is your problem.
