i bought a set of march underdrive pullies a while back and was able to get the crank and water pump pullies on fine, but when i try to replace the alternator pulley the actual thickness of the back of the pulley is so thick that only about <2 threads actually catch to hold it on considering they provide a split ring style lock washer with the set... even when i dont use the washer, i still dont get the full thickness of the nut on, whereas the stock pulley will go on so much as to have threads visible on the frontside of the nut... have any of you experienced this problem, or have any ideas to get this to work out... this pulley looks the best since it is up front with the cover, plus i'd like to complete the set...thanks, Kyle
