So my friend has a 95 GT with a P600B Procharger, street heat intake, stock E7's with a little port job(I know I told him to just get better heads) F303 cam and 1.6 roller rockers. AODE with a shift kit and the trans was built to handle up to 600hp. This Procharger has been nothing but trouble, belt would pop off every time he let off the throttle when he was in boost, got a longer belt that seemed to of worked then we found the bolt was snapped in the shaft that holds the pully on, we can't remember if it was like that when we got it so we extracted the bolt got a new one and had to use a makeshift key because the old one looked to be disintegrated. We were at a car show yesterday and popped the hood and noticed that bolt snapped again. Any ideas what could cause this?
