I've got a question about shaft play on a Procharger P1SC head unit.. I've got a used blower here.. and I measured .005" (5 thousanths) in/out play on the compressor/shaft. There is NO up/down play at all. The pulley side has .002" (2 thousanths) in/out play, and NO up/down play.. Is this normal for this blower? There's a tiny bit of leakage from the pulley seal.. but not much. You can see where some dust stuck to the oil around the seal. What does an inspection/rebuild run from Procharger?
