Programmer Question

My friend had a '97 GT. He sold it a few years ago. He has a Hypertech Programmer just sitting in his garage. He said if I wanted it I could have it. But the only thing is will it work for my '04? I don't want to try cuz I'm afraid I'll screw up my CPU.

Nope, will not work.Hypertech are more year specific.The one I have for my 01 is only for 2001 models.The Superchips on the other hand will work for just about all 4.6s.
